Unforgettable experience. I took the Ayurveda and therapy yoga certification and the only thing I can say is that I left wanting more. The teachers are authentic, kind, and always willing to help both in and out of class. The location is immersive and you will feel yourself changed into the individual you were meant to be. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I did 200 YTT course in February 2019, and overall I was very content. The main asana practice with Dr. Jitendra Das was really exceptional. After 3 weeks of daily intense practice my body got so open, flexible and felt so good as never before. I also liked very much yoga philosophy classes taught by Yogi Simon Gill, who introduced to us complex notions of yoga science in a very well structured, clear and very interesting way.
The living conditions were simple but fine. I loved the food, it was exceptionally well cooked, yummy, and I never got food poisoning.
I thought that pranayama class taught by Prim could be more advanced. And lastly, I found the uncertainty of daily schedule a bit confusing. However, these were minor things.

Hi, I’m Maria from Ukraine and I live in Czech Republic for four years. The decision to come to India for yoga retreat was spontaneous and I was waiting for a hint. And it came. I was not looking for some other school or some global research of yoga schools. Just knew I’m going to the right place. It was true when the first evening we (people who practically don’t know each other) sang Om for the first time. It was absolutely magic moment. They say it’s a special place. Indeed Tapovan village from sanscrit means “the forest of spiritual practice”. There is a special energy not only thanks to holy Ganga and Himalayas but also to people coming here. They want to be better and help others to improve. The ashram is very clean and the food here is delicious.
