Yogi Gabriela Levy was born and raised in Mexico.
In 2007, she made the life-altering decision to move to France, unaware that destiny had a profound encounter planned for her. Yoga, a timeless science of self-discovery, entered her life in 2017, marking the beginning of an extraordinary journey.
Driven by an innate passion to share the profound benefits of yoga, especially with those over 50s, she felt a calling to become a teacher.
Under the expert guidance of Dr. Jitendra Das, she embarked on the path towards becoming an RYT-500 certified instructor, accredited by Yoga Alliance.
With over 5 years of teaching experience, she offers Hatha Yoga classes tailored for individuals of all levels, with a particular focus on those over 50s. Her dedication extends to providing adapted Hatha Yoga sessions, catering to individuals with mobility issues and other disabilities, thereby ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all.
At the core of her teaching philosophy lies the belief in teaching from the heart, infused with compassion and a profound sense of service to the community. She advocates for making yoga accessible and inclusive to individuals of all backgrounds, sizes, ages, physical abilities, sexual orientations, clinical diagnoses, and beyond.
